We're very sorry about that. We only keep limited stock of each item, but we aim to restock as quickly as possible. Drop us a line and we will be able to let you know what's happening.
 

How can I pay for this? I don't have a Paypal account!
You don't need a Paypal account. We use Paypal to handle ALL payment types. They just like to let everyone know it's their service we're using.

 

What size is this?
You can find all the information about an item on in the description box on the product page. It also has care instructions.

Can I return this?

All sales are final and returns are only excepted if it falls within your statutory rights. For more info https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/

Imperfections in handmade items is normal and by purchasing these items you agree that you are aware of this. 

Each print is checked and numbered. It leaves us in the best possible condition and with the appropriate packaging. Any damage whilst in the postal system falls under Royal Mail's insurance. Don't worry we will help sort that out.

What about refunds/exchange?
Every effort is taken to make sure that products are described fully and your items are delivered to you in the best condition. Due to many of these items being handmade imperfections can occur, for that reason we do not accept exchanges/refunds. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Any returned products must be made within 5 days of receiving your items and postage is paid by you the customer. Please get proof of postage. 

Does CK do commissions?
